    Enforcement


    I received a notice of enforcement on the 19th regarding my behaviour. Firstly I think its out of order that people are reporting messages knowing full well that they have provoked the response. Secondly I don't understand why I am unable to initiate a party
    chat with my friends, and thirdly why I am restricted to playing certain game modes. For example I am unable to play Pro clubs on Fifa 17 yet I am allowed to play online seasons, Why is this?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    "Firstly" it doesn't matter whether you think it is out of order that when you break rules you agreed to when signing up, that there are consequences for actions. Retaliating, especially by messaging, is always dealt with , when reported, as all the evidence
    needed is in the message. Just report the person, block and move on. There is no secondly or thirdly here. Take responsibility for your OWN actions.

    Retaliating in an abusive or profanity way is a breach of the Code of Conduct and subject to enforcement acts. That guy that was harassing you first, probably did it only so you can say something abusive and he'll be able to report you. But in all probability
    he did get the same suspension as the enforcement team looks on both ways of the story.|

    Next time don't say anything, report and block. How hard is that?

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
