My debit card information was stolen and my bank began seeing purchases that were not made by me. In those purchases were xbox live marketplace purchases. The bank processes claims, and has those purchases refund due to protection from fraud! Mind you this
took place the end of January. However, my account is now temporarily suspended, due to my bank refunding my money from fraudulent activity by someone other than myself. I had my card changed and filed a dispute. I get online to Xbox live and find out I am
temporarily suspended for attempting to theft the marketplace. Which never happened, What makes it worse is I have been on the phone with customer support and supervisors all morning to get this resolved. They told me to file for a review on enforcement site,
I tried to apply 3 times and it tells me that I am not eligible as I do not have a current action against me. Yes I do have one, because I am temporarily suspended. I need to be contacted ASAP! I barely get in Xbox live, I work and go to school full time.
I needs this resolved immediately or I will be extremely going to PS4! Help enforcement team??!!

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

If that was the case their profile would've banned not yours

If it was charges on your card coming from your profile then the issue is your profile

What you shouldve done

First investigate

Who has access to your profile and consile

If you are Gamesharing bad idea

You aren't supposed to share with people you don't know and don't leave your profile on the said console you only have to make theirs your home console

If you have kids you do realize they can have their own profile and use your own Games right without access to your creditcard

A profile should never be shared

If it is unauthorized access not due to game sharing you shouldve filed a unauthorized access case then file for refunds on your account

Refunds wouldn't affect your profile unless you were refunding the purchases made on your profile

And you can't do too many of those without incuring the fraud filter

In this case it is correct

You shouldve used the unauthorized access case to refund everything not go thru your bank and do refund everything

If it's because you are sharing your profile well that's your own fault

You aren't supposed to share your profile home gold removes that nessessity

Marketplace theft does include incuring refunds for things you actually bought

If you suspect unauthorized access you must call support for unauthorized access case

 

Marketplace theft is a perm banned not a temporary ban

I dont thinj you understand your issue

When you are blocking ms they can't take payments

Meaning if you have a subscription you must add a new payment method to continue

Marketplace theft is case reviewablr

Billing suspension is not that has to be taken up with billingor solve it by adding another card

If you are suspended for payment option that's not an enforcement issue

That's a billing issue
