    I would like to know, when you get an enforcement, for only reason being someone else called you a vulgar name, why is there NO PHONE NUMBER for the enforcement dept??!! This is ridiculous!! I want to talk to someone about the nonsense suspension again and
    there is NOONE to call to discuss?? You take the money every month for the membership yet you cant speak to anyone when they have a problem?? ? So I'm paying for a membership we can't even use because someone else sent us a vulgar message??!! Maybe you should
    investigate the one making the complaint before you suspend someone who DID NOTHING WRONG!!

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
    Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent
    by the teams to the email address associated with the Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the
    Code of Conduct or
    Microsoft Services Agreement has happened.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
