    I did not sell gamer-tag I was recently suspended but it was the hacker who had unauthorized access on my account. I want to appeal my suspension and revert the unauthorized changes.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    If you haven't already, you would need to contact support to have them do an unauthorized access investigation. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You would need to submit a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    in order for the enforcement team to review your ban, but that will not guarantee you will be unbanned.

  5. Yeah I contacted unauthorized access first and then I told them about the hacker's IP Address and phone number because the hacker messaged my phone number and I got the hacker's IP address after the hacker tried to hack my facebook as well. Then enforcement
    reviewed the case and banned me for selling gamertags, but that was not me at all. The hacker who hacked my account did an unauthorized access change of my gamertag onto another account and then went online to sell the tags.

    And this is where the unauthorized access team told me to contact enforcement.

    There is nothing anyone else here can do. The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. Submitting a case review is the only way to contact them. Since they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done. Even with unauthorized
    access cases, depending on the severity of the action they do not reverse the bans.

  7. But there has to be this is ridiculous I had absolutely done nothing wrong and they banned me for something that was unauthorized on my account after an unauthorized access case. What is the meaning of this?

    Hey there crazysniperboy,

    Smwutches is correct in this situation and the process. The Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team also only communicates through a Case Review. So if you've already submitted a Care Review to the teams and it was upheld, there wouldn't be anything more that
    can be done on the account. They provide more information through the email communication detailing the results of the review. So it's best to check that for additional information as it regards to this.

  9. Yeah I actually checked everything and nothing. The worst part is the suspension I never sold or bought anything but the hacker did. And I got hacked because of the AT&T security of the person retrieving my SIM card info and putting it in their device and
    recovering my email(s). Practically harassed and enforcement just won't cooperate they suspended me and that was it they never sent me an e-mail or anything. Why? I want to play!

  10. Since enforcement doesn't do anything about it does that mean we just start a riot? Please I did not do what the hacker did on my account and after the unauthorized access you tell me that I was doing what the hacker was doing and suspended me. My point
    is after being hacked and losing my gamertag from a hacker selling my gamertag on a online website I get suspended from my own account because of a hacker's actions. These are not my actions these are the actions that were on my account from the hacker that
    stole my account. Because of the poor security in your system for retrieving EMAILS....AT&T/VERIZON/COMPANY PHONE LINES.... the FRAUD department. Is there a FRAUD department in here? Where and who may I speak to about this please?

  11. You'll need to reach out to the Chat/Phone teams for further investigation into any account with unauthorized access. They would be best to assist with that further since they'll have the best information regarding any investigation.

  12. I posted on xbox.uservoice which is what the chat/phone teams told me to do since they cannot further investigate and only the enforcement team can. The gamertag of the account is "AllahByeBye" I bought Xbox Live... and day later I get hacked due to a flaw
    in the security info for a phone number code after AT&T Employees/Hackers tampered with my phone line and disconnected it from my device. Therefore, retrieving my SIM card on their device and using it as a way to hack into my xbox account through email security.
    In all of this the hacker was soliciting my belongings and I reported it to the unauthorized access team which then sent it to the enforcement team. After this the enforcement team suspended my account for solicitation.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
