    Hello, I have tried contacting Xbox enforcement or whatever they call themselves, after my son received two bans one on 10-19-16 the the other on 10-22-16 which would be impossible seeing as his communications were taken away already. So me as the parent
    tried looking into this and applied for a review and got a I'm not eligible due to not having a enforcement action against this account, when CLEARLY there is two. Wel at the bottom of the page there is a quiz I would call it "which by the way is absurd seeing
    as I have no clue to these answers" anyways I took the quiz to be able to talk to one of these people and failed one question and got a I failed due to having to many incorrect answers....so now I'm stuck here with NO answers and NO WAY Zoe NO ONE to talk
    to or get some insight on this whole problem.

    Is there anyway I can get my account back?

    They conduct the thorough review before issuing the Permi ban that's for.last resorts

    Its done by multiple teams

    Not just one person

    You can look at your enforcementn history on the same site

    If you have multiple enforcement actions those can lead to a ban especially if it was hate etc eyc

    And no if they denied you there is no other choice

    You should read the terms of use

    There is a bit of information about the enforcement team there along with the enforcement dite

    If you want something else you do need to read the terms of use

    Before you proceed

    Keep in mind they will present all evidence in case so it's best to change your behaviour

    Need to speak with enforcement team

    The enforcement team will not filter any post of mine. I am following post guidelines.

    I've posted asking how I so suddenly got this avoid me and how I fix my rep when I can't get into games to play with others to fix it ?

    And I was suspended for violating terms when I was offline and not able to play. Ya they investigate so well ...

    Maybe a guy with daft as a first name shouldn't comment. Because your comments are daft and Xbox enforcementt ram is proofing you very wrong .

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
