    Hello, I'm here to discuss the unreasonable ban of my account. Gamertag
    UncivilizedOgre    . I have a few questions I want answered. You have the email registered to my account. Or you can answer me here, either is fine.

    1. On what grounds am I being permanently banned?

    2. Can you email me specific details on the alleged breach of Code of Conduct, referencing date and time, alleged offense, and other applicable data on the subject?

    3. In regards to the ban, can you tell me why you have chosen the route of extortion through a flawed system of reputation based matchmaking?

    I am looking forward to hearing the anwers to the questions I have. Please note that while your answers may be along the lines of "You have accepted the Terms and Conditions of Xbox Live", I find it rather difficult to access the servers if I am not forced
    to agree with extortion tactics and general bias against players who DO NOT TOLERATE the cheaters and modders you seem to accept and adore. I speak not only for myself but for other gamers like me when I say, enough is enough. I will not continue to do your
    job for you. You take the easy route and assume that players will file complaints for you. I will not accept a permanent ban. For any offense you feel I have committed in regards to the "agreed upon Terms and Conditions" I was forced to accept to gain access
    to a service I had already paid for, I must say, I will not find any reasoning you give acceptable towards extorting me for my money.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
