    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The only way to get answers is this page:
    enforcement.xbox.com/home

    But unfortunately there's no option to check the status of Xbox One consoles. There's also no forum or other way to contact them. All enforcement actions can be found on this page only.

    Upon receiving a device ban, any account that attempts to sign in to the Xbox Live service will receive a notification. The specific content of the notification depends on the type of device that received the ban.

    For Xbox One the notification is:

    “Your console is banned. This console has been banned for Terms of Use violations. To protect the Xbox service and its members, Microsoft does not provide details about specific console bans. For more information out console bans, visit xbox.com/xboxone/consoleban.”

    As stated before you can't contact anyone regarding a console ban.

    But the thing is, was unbanned last week, i havent sent anyone hate messages or said any racial comments or offensive comments that will harm anyone, i have contacted the enforcement team MANY times and they have said " We will be with you in 24 hours" its
    been 8 days since then. I have not recieved anything for anyone.

    I would like to contact the enforcement team i live in the UK. Enforcement team. Awnser back

    My account got banned for communications when I was at work earlier today, so I added a pass key to it, in case my little brother got on my account while I was away at work

    Sorry but no one on these forums can help with enforcement actions.

    UniqueFlamez - if your console was banned you've been given the information you need.

    Wrzcks - you can get more information on your suspension by logging in to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/     and clicking on the hammer icon. From there you should be able to open a Case Review with the PET if the suspension is more than 24 hours.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
