    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    I see you postd this on 4/8/16, let us know if this is still an issue. If it is, possibly an Official Xbox Rep could help out, or you may want to call Xbox Support by phone and see if they can resolve the problem over the phone.

    For your knowledge, the Xbox phone support is not allowed to help regarding XBLPET action.

    Yep,phone/chat support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement so no good telling people to contact them regarding enforcement issues.

    The enforcement site is the only place to send them

    I was sent a notice of enforcement on Monday?!? Said it had something to do with inapropriate use of language??? Honestly, I have a feeling it's someone on my list using your "enforcement" INapropriately... Never has this happened to me before and I would
    very much appreciate you guys looking into this because now I'm banned from using my brand new 100$ skull candy mic!!? I DID NOT spend all this money on a new mic for this..... Please help or delete the person from my list that reported me so it doesn't happen
    again!?

    Also, would very much appreciate if this could be done by phone...? Your "Enforcement team" needs a phone number desperately!!!?lol..

    No one from the enforcement team will see your post here & they will not contact you by phone.

    The enforcement team doesnt have a number to call. They can only be contacter by the site that Daft Badger linked two posts above

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
