So I recently got my xbox communications suspended and got this message...Enforcement Detail :- This account engaged in inappropriate communications. This activity may include harassment, abusive language, hate speech, profanity, disruptive
or offensive language, spamming, or other inappropriate uses of Xbox Live communications features. Temporary suspension impact: For the duration of the suspension this account cannot use Xbox Live communication features, including in-game and party chat, messaging,
video communications, gameplay broadcasting, sharing content, and Skype on Xbox One. Permanent suspension impact: This account can no longer sign in to Xbox Live from any device. This enforcement affects the account's Xbox Live privileges until 02/25/2016

So the last part confuses me I have a permanent suspension that lasts until 2/25/2016? Doesn't make sense please help. For further contact send me a message via email

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

I have been given the same message. It says to visit a website that appearently doesnt exist. So now i dont know hownlong i am "banned" for. Wich is utter ***. An annoying to all hell. Im. 6 year active member of *** live. An now im just banned and tbere
is nothingnto do or say about it. It is absolutely no wonder ps4 is curshing the ever loving crap out of us. Next gen im going ps or pc. You realize what happened to twitter when they pulled this crap right. All i want is some answers and ther is no *** way
of getting them just a big run around and its making me mad *** hell.

Ive done that and they dont give u any response.Im permanently banned and now using a seperate profile and that one still wont let me voice chat or send messages.im looking for answers....still waiting for help.8 year membership with all my movies and tv
shows gone for good and i was maliciously reported by a guy and his friends (i suppose)since i dont know who was involved i cant say who to blame.EA games i own like all of them cant be played due to the fact chat was disabled.HOW CAN THEY ALLOW THIS???

 

ive just been banned to unfairly, and ive tried to get in touch with the enforcement team but it says im not eligible to do so, so basically i cant do anything about this while the people who reported me get off scott free. really unfair xbox

Their enforcement action is a joke. You have to pull teeth to get it corrected. I was verbally provoked by another player, threatened and harassed which resulted in a back and forth. Apparently we reported each other I was suspended from chat/communication
he was not. I also reported someone who threatened me with a weapon. Also no action taken against them because on another account they're both still active. When I called in to inquire about the vague statement on my communication email concerning my enforcement
taken restrictions I was treated rudely on the phone by the agent, told she knew nothing about it, and she in fact used the word "whatever" with me and when I requested a supervisor she put me on a silent hold and never came back to the phone. The enforcement
stuff needs to be more defined. We're paying customers, and if your folks running the enforcement don't hang out in the game lobbies they really can't go through a transcript and choose one person over another in a back and forth. Thats ridiculous. I disputed
my case and quite honestly I've spent thousands of dollars on X-Box and Microsoft product and software and I will switch to Playstation. I'm sure they moderate in a similar manner but I would take it as a lesson learned and just take my business elsewhere.
I was already told Sony isn't as liberal as Microsoft when it comes to the bans on the account. I'm all for rules and guidelines but you have to remember we're paying customers, so just suspending our abilities in situations where mutual arguments have taken
place is not right. Especially when its clear both folks were at fault and only one was reprimanded.

 

i got my communications suspended when i was the one being bullied, i want this lifted like yesterday. the enforcement page is a non working joke. it's a bunch of random people handed power and i believe it has to be taken down

 

this is crap, cause it's only a day i can't even appeal it. i want compensation. if u stole a day from everyone on xbox live it would be years of time so y does my time not count when i'm wrongfully accused. this bunch of crap has to stop.

 

enforcement is just a kind way of saying xbox mafia

hey hopefully im posting in the right place but this is where someone for 18004myxbox told me to post about this problem. i have a guy who wont stop harassing me and also my friend. Ive blocked 3 accounts and now all hes doing is just making dumbie accounts
to harass us so his main one wont get banned or suspended. here are a few of his tags id appreciate you look into

im sure if you look through his ip address youd find more *** talking messages and just random stupid things hes sent to people to harass them.
