    hey i have been wondering about this for years my gammerscore got reset years ago and was wondering if i could get it back cause my gammertag got hacked and i got suspended and lost my gammerscore and had to rebuild it from 0 was wondering if you enforcemnt
    guys could looking into that for me? im not sure about the dates but i think it was 2011 i know it was in october cause i was suspend on my birthday

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team don't read these forums.

    I can tell you though that Gamerscore resets are final & will not be reversed.

    Not sure how your account was "hacked" but if you thought it was compromised you should of opened an unautherised access case at the time

    Hi, my account has been put under a communication ban and I have been unsuccessful in your questionare. And I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. I have been a loyal Microsoft member for 6 years. And for my account to be banned for no reason
    is totally unacceptable. Please do something enforcement team.

    I'll say it again,the enforcement team do not read theses forums.

    You do not get suspended for no reason.Doesn't matter how long you've been an xbox live member,it doesn't make you exempt from the rules.

    An email will have been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
