My account is now communication banned for 2 weeks and I never said anything racist or homophobic. So now on black friday I'm going to buy a ps4 and throw my xbox in the garbage instead of buying the expensive xbox one x I had planned on. Your enforcement
policy is ridiculous and I'm not going to be bullied by you. Good riddance.

Ps4 doesn't have silly bans so I am going with ps4 now.

 

yo cannot get banned for doing noting wrong, All reports are reviewed before a ban is issued.

I would say that if You are going for a PS4 then thats your decision but i would say the system they use for banning players is not too disimiliar from the one microsoft uses.

Comm bans are only issued after a full review by enforcement and the rules cover a wide range of abusive language and personal attacks, although it's nice you didn't drop any racism or homophobia that doesn't mean you didn't violate the code of conduct.

 

I can tell you now that playstation is just as bad.

I recommend to just talk to only your freinds these consoles are not really great for social interatactions with strangers as you will instantly be banned for saying words like pooand bad/rubbish.

Like M3tal Daz3 said. Xbox enforcement investigates everything thoroughly, That could also mean your ban is from something that happened awhile ago. PS4 may suit you better, but they have similar rules and guidelines when it comes to enforcement. Simply
replying to people who are being offensive can get you both banned, That's why we always tell people to block, report and move on. Sadly there is no way to remove or fast track a ban here. That's all on Xbox Enforcements end.
