    I have video footage of me being stabbed on death match by a play whilst invisible. I was backed into a corner waiting for the play to come by and find me, he did, you can't see him and then I'm dead.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Every call of duty game is modded like that, if you reported them all you would never have time to play.

    As said,your gamertag violated the code of conduct & you wont get it back.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining which part it violated or post in the ban/suspension forums here

    Hi I was on call of duty advanced warfare playing by myself and I sent my friend a party invite and I asked him if he wanted to play call of duty ghosts and he said sure and when I took advanced warfare out of my disc tray and as soon as it took me on my
    XBOX 360 dashboard it signed me out and I thought it was just a internet issue but when I tried to sign in it said I was console banned so I'm guessing I got banned for taking advanced warfare out of my disc tray

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
