    this new enforcement questionnaire is easily the stupidest thing xbox added. So if i dont answer some stupid backwards question right, 1 question i fail an then you add 2 more questions an then after 3 times you cant even file for a review. So when YOU WRONG
    BAN ME i cant even get it looked at because your system is solely screwing gamers not helping. This is absolutely ridiculous. "Participants in the Enforcement United program are part of the Enforcement Team." thats a literal question.....who in there right
    mind knows this type of crap? Im playing a video game not working for your company. Get rid of this joke of a system you just dont care about the gamer...now i have a 2 week suspension for no reason(didnt even provide proof of why i was banned, which they
    used to do because ive had a com ban for choosing some wrong words while arguing with another gamer before) an cant file for a review....that makes no sense an wasnt always like this....why cant everyone file a complaint against bs claims, ohhh cuz they would
    rather not look thru them all an do their job...so implement a questionnaire that will literally deny some gamers from even filling....honestly i was all for xbox rather than ps4 but xbox/Microsoft making some horrible customer service moves....i encourage
    ALL gamers using xbox/Microsoft, seriously think about switching systems and getting rid of xbox....even having paying for their subscriptions for 10+ years they dont give a rats a** about the gamer just the money they spend. Great work xbox youve officially
    lost my money....again one last time, xbox/Microsoft your a joke an should be ashamed of your customer service.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    All the answers to the questions are on the Enforcement webpage. I would suggest revising that information then try again in 24 hours . The enforcement survey certainly isn't new its been in place for almost 5 years at this point in time

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
