Enforcement.

Alright so where do I begin I love playing on Xbox BUT I hate enforcement from my experiences, I can't speak for all but the ones I've had to deal with in the past so, back one - two years ago I had like 3 com bans all a few months
apart I wisened up, and started playing much better but low and behold I got drunk one time got invited to a party of a clan on a day I was pretty sick and sleepless so admittedly I was grumpy and I said lots of stuff I shouldn't of I got banned and got an
avoid me I was fine with it but the side effects that come with it are just stupid like 100% stupid back when it was just a needs work I got my gamertag previously "[Mod Removed]" reported by someone random and it got called into question it's simply an abbreviated
form of unobfuscate(d) which is a coding term primarily used for mobile apping for decrypt it's the name I use on EVERYTHING and I submitted a case review explaining the origin of the GT and that it was nothing deragotry or sexual but it got the decision upheld
and I don't understand why or what context it could of been misinterpreted to sound as something vulgar or insensible since then I've been told to **** myself etc been called extremely profane names over text for people getting upset or displeased even spammed
in some cases and I've reported every single instance of them doing so maybe 1 in 30 would actually get a ban and I wish I was joking I've seen actual profane or deragotry gamertags and report them but nothing happens just because I got an avoid me from something
I admit was stupid I've even gotten randomly banned and I know now you're probably thinking well that doesn't make sense but a few months ago I was playing MHW (about 3) on my alternative account Yuzure and I didn't even message anyone I talked to close friends
for about an hour maybe but that was it nor did I message anyone on my main account but both got banned yuzure for 1 day fluffy for 2 weeks when I didn't even do anything but play the game in peace and now less than a week and a half ago I've finally had my
breaking point I had someone throw a team based game I asked them if they could try since it is teambased and we couldn't win without them they insulted me after the game so I asked them not to purposefully act retarded over text where we had been arguing
it got reported and I got banned UNTIL DECEMBER 8TH for that I'm not calling enforcement sensitive or anything but I don't know what kind of obscure logic or reasoning it takes to find calling someone retarded worthy of a ban that long when I've been told
to gfms and they get off scott free I've had my wits end with enforcement and am considering just playing offline games because I can't even play in peace and instead get shrouded in biasm where I get banned for the littlest thing and people can just curse
at me scream vulgarities and walk around with profane vulgar childish gamertags but I can't even have a coding term as mine

I've reformed myself majourly and grown up a good deal too and try to help people and get people to enjoy Xbox and help them with stuff like this I try to keep it clean and report stuff like this and I understand I had some hiccups in the past but not recently
I haven't sworn on Xbox in a long time since I understand the child friendly atmosphere but this this is ridiculous I just want some unbiased enforcement for once I've gotten so displeased and upset I've called Xbox more than 4 times to speak to the enforcement
superior even waited for more than 3 hours and went through a call chain until closing I just want some closure for this I lost money for nothing over that gamertag and now can't speak until December I try to be as friendly as possible and to keep it clean
and help out but it's hard when this is what I get out of it.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via enforcement.xbox.com through the case review process.
