    hello , my name is Omar . I’m writing this post because I got banned because 2 people lied about me calling them the N word but they were the ones being racist towards me and calling me [Mod Removed]“ I tried reporting those messages but nothing happened
    , instead , I got banned and they were not punished at all . I found out that they lied about me calling them the N word because I filled a case review and the team said that’s I used the N word . My account that is banned is killfang26 . Is there something
    I can do ?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you submitted a case review already, then the enforcement team have already investigated your suspensions again. If they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

    I talked to a virtual agent and she told me that someone should email me and that she submitted the reports and stuff .

    To submit a case review, you would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com
    Otherwise, you haven't actually submitted a report to the enforcement team.

    I already submitted a case review , that’s how I knew that they lied about me saying the N word . They were messaging me saying racist things and stuff and I tried reporting the messages and Microsoft did nothing . And after that , one of them kept messaging
    me , trying to rub it in . It’s not fair that they can call me dirt skin , and not get punished but lie about something and basically get rewarded.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
