    I have a problem with the site enforcement.xbox.com/pl-PL. I can not log in to this page. other subpages sometimes work normally, and sometimes redirect to enforcement... enforcement banned my account to 9999 for buying the code on g2a.I answered
    the questions and sent a request to restore my account. And since then I can not log in or reply to a message from the enforcement team. xbox support can not help me at all. I do not know what I can do to write to the enforcement and recover my account? my

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    not too sure what you can really say or answer that will let you have any account back after buying from an illegal site receipt is between you and the vendor but since it's not a legitimate site your issue is with rhem

    G2a isn't a legit site they sell accounts too which should be your first clue

    You are just going to have to try a different browser anything Non chrome like Firefox or IE or edge

    I tried every other browser and nothing. I did not know about g2a. as if I knew I would not buy. I know the same case as mine. a confirmation of purchase has been sent and the team has canceled the account

    Anytime you deal with counterfeit goods you should.expect some danger you do realize that?

    this is not the subject of my problem. I want to be able to contact the enforcement team and they will decide. I just do not have how to contact them. can I submit a complaint to my account and write everything there?

    nope not exactly how enforcement works

    There is a further appeals process if you read the terms of use

    But there is little point a moderator judge won't look lightly on stolen goods

    You are going to use a pc or contact support for.troublwshooting

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
