I'm not really good at these sort of things but here we go my son purchased digital goods in a game we play together "Monster Hunter" "my son plays my games" he then purchased using my card on the account without asking to do so.

I noticed the purchase via the bank/paypal and requested a refund, the refund when through and the money was returned to my account via pay pal. Microsoft then decided i have to keep said goods and took the money back, "ok i understand" but then this happened
because i requested a refund""""""so how is this account being charged with fraud for this """"" its on par with catching a robber, the police come and arrest you for his crimes" i dont see how this is correct? this ban shouldnt be happening lol i dont care

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.
