    I was playing a game and someone I don't know messaged me and told me 'you think you're so good but you suck" and I said back "I never said I was good" and he text back "shut up" and the conversation went on for abit and than I blocked him, when I tried
    to join a friends party it said I was suspended, I was only playing to kill some time till he got back than the kid that messaged that's had messaged and I was suspended.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Agree with the wonderful Ambassador below. A side note, best to just not respond to those type of messages in the future. It's a trap!

    Hi Furious Kazu,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues, however only an enforcement team member can respond to any specific enforcement actions they issue and they do not use the forums. They only use the case review process at https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    If you're being reported and you have done nothing wrong, nothing will happen to you. Depending on the suspension that is issued, you would also have the option for a case review. More information on how the process works can be found at https://enforcement.xbox.com/.

    The best way to go about situations like this is either to report or leave the conversation alone. I only say this because in the end words said will get you an enforcement ban and you dont want such things to happen. Play safe!

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
