I have received a communication ban because a player refused to uphold a trade deal. I said something. But I get a ban I get it but the people who cheat, run mods, steal, and are just online trolls can get away with so much stuff it isnt even funny. I will
accept my ban. But I will also be looking into a refund for my 12 month gold and I will be selling my xbox and going to PlayStation. This is unacceptable. I report players for everything I have previously stated plus other things that are against their terms
and conditions yet I don't get told action has been taken against them. So I believe that xbox picks and chooses who they ban. And I believe there is a bias against certain people. Yes I did say what they banned me for. But people do so much worse and are
deserving of what I say because there's video proof of them doing it. But I digress. Xbox is a joke and has lost a 10 year consumer... enjoy.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

The exact same garbage just happened to me. This is the 3rd time. 2nd time in 6 months!

Somebody loses a match twice to me, proceeds to harass and curse me out, but put *** to censor the words, I reply by saying stop crying. HE REPORTS ME AND I GET SUSPENDED FOR HARASSMENT. COMPLETE GARBAGE. I do the silly xbox questionnaire and pass, explain
my situation like I always do, and SUPRISE, suspension upheld!

I'm also a 7 year customer and will be canceling and going to PC. Screw this trash

 

The communication ban can simply be what you said. You can always file an appeal for it.

 

You could always do a case review. On this case, you've accepted the ban for wrongdoing but it would still be good feedback for Xbox to improve their systems. Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

 

To add to what has already been said You will NOT always get a response from the enforcement team on what the results of their investigation was when you report another player.

More then likely you will NOT get a response from them due to privacy issues.

PlayStation has the same rules and do NOT give you a chance for a case review were MS does allow you a chance for a case review.

 

Xbox Enforcement | How Do I is your best option. Id also recondmend that all messages towards you get reported and left in your inbox for the enforcement team to see.

 

Someone team killed me in this game called Armored Warfare. It is new on xbox so I would understand if someone doesn't know how to play, but if I tell them how to play and nudge them in game( I litterally moved his tank forwards with my tank just so he could
fullfill his role) and he team kills me, imma get mad, I am sorry but I only called him an a**hole because he taem killed me. I appealed for a review but still got the ban upheld. Then this smarta** decided to banter and sent more messages after I got banned
acting all big because I couldn't answer. He is not banned btw and I am stuck with a 14 day suspension from chatting with other people and it is very annoying to not see all the actual toxic players that have said way worse stuff to me or my friends. It is
just dumb...

 

The best thing to do if you encounter a situation in which someone is not following the general
Code of Conduct. Would be to simply report and block the user.
