Admittedly i myself have been banned before in my youth and competitive playing days. That being said, it was for a completely legitimate and valid reason.

The Xbox enforcement team are not in the job the be bullies, they are in the job to keep the Xbox live community a safe space for anyone of any gaming age.

I've seen friends have communication bans for overly aggressive language in game chat, I've also had friends have a temporary ban for putting inappropriate pictures as their gamer pictures.

I respect anyone's opinion and whilst trying to remain a neutral I sadly have to side with the enforcement team. Though I hate to use the word, to 'police' such a vast amount of people and keep Xbox as clean as it currently is massive credit needs to be
paid to them.

now I can respect every word you've said. Unlike some other couch quarterbacks in here. However, I will disagree. I can agree that I was in the wrong. I can agree that I deserved the ban. But did they even try to find out why? Nope... It was an open and
closed case. Easy as pie.

Did they maybe check to see if it was sparked or ignited from something else? Maybe harassment? Nope? That would've required too much work and time... That's where I got angry. I'm tired. I'm sick and tired of harassment. Because I want to game and have
fun too, but cant because I am better than half of the competition, they get angry and send message after message. They'll cheat and get on my team to team kill me. They will have one of their buddies in party chat to leave their team and join mine to give
call outs. Its cheating. It breaks hostility.

Do I not have rights to enjoy my time as well? I guess not. Nope.... Instead, I am the bully. I am the hostile party. And then Enforcement finally sticks their noses in it and it down right ticks me off. So then I fire back at them for their lack of doing
their job right. But again, I am the bully. That's the problem. So sir, I respect you, but I will disagree.

And here we go again. We quote verbatim a scripture in the Enforcement books. I have never said I was in the right. I'm not an inmate in jail or prison claiming that I am completely innocent. Never once did I state this. I was guilty for lashing out
on someone. I said what I said. I was rightfully banned for it. But why? Why was I banned? Simple, right?

It's easy. Open and close. I can see what this gentleman has written in a message. It meets our criteria. This one was easy. Just ban him. Sound about right? Yeah so did the enforcement team. So when you're in a public library and a young woman comes running
in screaming her heart out, but the signs say quiet, I guess it's open and closed case. She's in violation. Let's kick her out. Little did your ignorance get you there. She may have been screaming for help. She may have even reported why she was screaming.
But does that matter? Nope. She's in violation. Kick her out... That is exactly what you are teaching and preaching. So I don't blame anyone for raising hell with any of them.

But it's easy to judge someone's actions by simply putting it against your so called code of conduct. And for that, it makes you lazy. And for you to tell me that every case should fit in a single paragraph, when it comes to arguing a case... tell that to
a judge. And so we don't try and sound smart and flip this into a "this isn't a courtroom " so each, tell it to the lady screaming in the library. But thinking your are in the COMPLETE right, just because it meets a statute, does not work. Not always. So anyone
needing to argue a case should be given plenty of space to give a detailed explanation of their argument. But you all own the pants here. You tighten the belt. Hell, you even take the belt off and whoop us with it. And there will never be anyone to put you
in your place. That my friend, makes you the bully.

And so we cant put you in your place, you don't reveal any other means of contact. But it is real easy for you to spout off some template speach and claim that you have done exactly what you were supposed to do and that this judgment will stand.... All while
again hiding behind your computer screen, makes you a coward. There should be a code of conduct for that. Clearly we all can tell you are in that little ring, based on your template speach. And I'm sure that you can look my incident up.

Go ahead, look it up. It took me calling customer support. I then talked to a support person. And guess what? I talked to them like a civilized human being. Big surprise, right? I stated my case to them. And then I gave them my evidence as well. And I was
told that this most definitely needed to be a case that was opened again and looked into. The next thing I know. Enforcement does their job the way it should've been handled the first time. The other party also faced a penalty.

You can save the whole 2 wrongs don't make a right speach. We all know the golden rule too. But every human, I don't care who you are, has a limit. You have a point. A breaking point even. When some customers are harassed on the daily and Enforcement does
nothing about it because it wasn't a simple open and closed case, we will get tired of it. We will lash back out. And the only reason that you all did your job right the 2nd time was because the same idiot that got me banned, decided to continue to harass
me and sent me messages after my ban. That made it another easy one for you. Because looking into the issue the 1st time was too much work. And allowing me the space to state my case in the review was uncalled for.

So, get to another template speach. I'm sure it's coming. But good luck convincing me any different.

Wow what a mountain of philosophical novel you did there dude, I appreciate it and you took the time to let me see it in a different light, this might have work with a real court room with a judge and jury. I am of course a human being like you and I can
understand where your coming from.

However none of it really matter as this is not the court, because you already admitted you broke the rules and what happens when someone broke the rules? They will face the consequences as you did. Its the agreement between you and XBOX.

Now next time to save your account and not to anymore break your breaking point here a great advice I have learn on this boards for years what we called the "Golden rules"

This is what the golden rules: (Mute, Block, Report) if you do that the person sending you abusive messages will get banned and you
won’t.

If you don't follow the golden rules the following will happen, the person you sent the message to will report you, Microsoft will look at the message history and see what you have said and ban
you.

Seriously dude it isn't difficult, don't try and be the "big man" and send abusive messages, no matter whether it’s in defense or not, just block them, mute them and report them.

Then we all can move on. Easier said then done I know, but if you put it in a good practice it will greatly be beneficial to you and the community. Try it

The only way to contact anyone that can alter suspensions (or to appeal it or ask about it) is to contact enforcement through a case review: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I Xbox support and phone support can not alter suspensions.
Only enforcement can - and ONLY through a case review. To do a case review your suspension must be active, have been applied within the last year and be longer than 24 hours. You may have to do a quiz on the code of conduct before you can do a case review,
and if you fail you will have to wait 24 hours to try again.

I'm sorry you feel that way but that's the only way to deal with this, a case review.

Well admittedly, that last post was much better than before. And I agree, whole heartedly. Never was I in the right for what I did. And I deserve the punishment. That's not what ticked me off. Muting has never been an issue, but if that day comes, I will
utilize it. It's the messages via text. Sure, I can block them. And I don't.

Why? I don't know. Maybe I like to smart mouth back, but in a competitive nature. A whitty nature. It's not until they begin cheating or something of the sort that I lash out. And again, that's my fault. I know this. But the last part, I still 100% disagree.
You don't have a clue how many times I have reported these clowns for their cheating. But in the game cheating is not the proper definition. Although it is cheating, the proper definition in the game is unsporting conduct.

I report it as such. What does Enforcement do about it? Nothing. These clown continue to play the game with their friends and continue on being them. Me on the other hand. I either continue to take the harassment (not the messages) ( the cheating with the
messages) and look like a bully that has learned the error of his ways. Thanks Enforcement!!! You're the best!!! Or I lash back out. And again, I eventually hit that point where I lash out.

Of course I can turn the game off or go play another game. That's the responsible thing to do, right? Yeah, that's fair. But the moment that I refer to one of them with a slang and insulting reference. They get butt hurt and call mommy/daddy enforcement.
Now they seem to stick their noses in it. FINALLY!!!! But guess who the bad guy is? Pretty easy to narrow that one down. It's that bully that called him a name.

I truly respect the last message you sent vs the first. But you still can't convince me that enforcement does it right. I know better. This isn't my first rodeo.

You know what your issue is? You get so touchy with the trolling going on your game, calm down and learn from your mistakes. Follow the golden rules and happy gaming is here again!

Seriously how hard is it to follow rules that you agreed to follow when you signed up for the service? There are 56 million players on XBL that can follow a simple set of rules to prevent getting banned, so why can't you? Just quit the whining and lashing
out on troll players. The enforcement team does not care who started who, all they care is who break the rules upon being reported and issue punishment. You get to have a chance to have it look twice if you think its unfair but if the evidence is a clear as
the sky that you broke a rule, then you deserves what's coming. Its that simple really so deal with it.

Now it doesn't mean that when you report and just don't know what will happen to them, it doesn't mean no action will ever be taken to them by the Enforcement team. Sometimes when you report you'll receive a thank you note from the ET but often times no.
So don't you say the banning only happens to yourself lol

Bottom line, nobody in here really cares about your life story period, its nothing personal with the ET either, to them its just implementing the rules you agree to follow. Don't entertain them, just report/ block and let the ET deal with them not your lashing
code of conduct violating words that will only backfire on you. Learn from fault to get better. Alright?

http://enforcement.xbox.com

i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
