    xbox banning for no reason at all

    If i swear in a 18+ game who is in the wrong. Me or xbox for letting the gamers online.

    Heres my point if a 16 year old goes out drinking and becomes hospitalised its that persons fault for cheating theif way in life.

    Cheaters and hackers shouldnt be allowed on the games especially when its an underage person doing innocent gamers out of a good experience

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Here's the deal:

    Head on over to this link
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/enforcement/showenforcementhistory    , sign in, then click the orange gavel. Once you're in, look next to your current enforcement action and look for a review button next to it. If you see it, click
    on it and fill out the form requesting that Enforcement review your current suspension. Not all actions warrant a review as it is at enforcements discretion but, you might be in luck. This is the ONLY way to get an enforcement action overturned. Good luck!

    The rules for being able to file a case review are clear and not at "enforcement discretion" as you claim. Make sure to read this support page and get to know the regulations regarding xbox enforcement and the ability to file for a case review: Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
