I just think it's funny that in black ops 3 an 18+ Mature rated game that the in game character ruin when he does his gravity spikes he says "you have a nice **** day now." Now I have played xbox since the first 360s came out. Played every call of duty made.
I join a lobby on Nuke town and there is spawn trappers so I start killing them to mess up their little spawn trap. I get messaged by all of them to leave. I reply **** you. I get a communication block on my account. They remove my **** you off of my 1st place
dark matter dual marshal 16s. Why should I be in trouble for using mature language in a mature game where the game itself is allowed to curse?

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

Hi Hout1985. Although it's unfortunate that you got a communication block, this a bit of an apples & oranges comparison. While you're correct that the game has mature language, that's very different than an insulting message to another person.

It's all just part of the code of conduct when interacting with other people. Overall, it's not considered acceptable to message other players with profanity, since that can land you in hot water. It ultimately doesn't matter how much a game itself swears
since that's entirely separate. It's all about your interactions with other players.

Same happened to me. What's hilarious Is I have had this f***tard harassing me and my girlfriend for a few days now. He's blocked and muted by both of us yet he still manages to join my lobbies and games. How he is managing that is baffling. Xbox really
should enforce their own stuff and take care of getting rid of the toxic on their servers. I too had a communication block for sticking up for myself about half a year ago, was only for 24 hours but I wasn't the one in the wrong yet I got penalized for it.
Microsoft can be a total joke.

 

You shouldn't be penalized for anything you say in my opinion why should you care how other people feel that's their problem not yours.
