my name is austin i have had brain damage in 2014 i was ganged up on by 4 people and while i play certain games i tend to have flashbacks and lash out in anger normally completely out of my control and not within the right state of mind. i sent undead knight27
a rude message while in one of my pstd mindsets were i completely loose rational thought i i told him wow your such queer trash, bet you have no life ya faggot hows your moms basement treating you bitch. my second message was i told him he was complete trash
and had no life. i do apologize for my out burst in anger it is something i am seeking help for my problems through therapy. more or less i feel like i am have been unjustifiably punished, knowing that i wasn't in the right state of mind i don't feel like
i should be punished for something i can't fully control. i honestly just wish to me a voice for those like myself who have mental health issues and for those who feel they have been unfairly punished for something they cannot fully control i just desire to
seek a better understanding for those like myself so that way we can have fun like everyone else.

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

i was told to come here by microsolft employee's themselves i was told i would receive the help i am after considering the enforcement website does not seem to fairly punish nor make the proper descisions and so i was told to leave
a forus and i would get the help i am requesting or are you telling me that the microsoft employee i spoke with was wrong.

 

Unfortunately phone/chat support are known to give incorrect information regarding the forums. The enforcement team used to use the forums which is why they still send people here, but they stopped using them a couple of years ago. The only way to contact
the enforcement team is by submitting a case review.

 

but that is the problem i get tired of submitting responses to a team that seems to lack an understanding of those with disabilities and what we who have disabilities suffer from, unlike the rest of you who don't have our issues, we have certain hair trigger
responses that set us off and you go off and punish us when have the time we are not even fully aware we are freaking out until it's done and over with. as with my case i have been rudely denied a chance to have my communication back on multiple different
occasions but now im taking a stand not just for myself but other who have disabilties like myself who are being punished for things we honestly lack any and all control over. like me for example i got ganged up on in a fight by 4 guys because they were cowards
ended up in a 7 day coma all because my sister was threatened with rape. and i now have ptsd along with ptsd flashbacks and out bursts at the most random times while in a video game and i immediately take it out on the one who angered me and caused said problem
normally while lacking a sound mind. somethings i am seeking help for but all i am asking for is some understanding of this situation of not only myself but other disabled individuals who have suffered the same fate because of a reporting system that is so
heavily flawed it isn't even funny. i understand some things might be said but you cannot legal control what others say thats part of life and its wrong of you all to think you have the power to control what we say and how we say it things will be said feelings
will be hurt friends will be made and people will get over it and grow up and grow stronger from dealing with the crap life throws their way this life is all rainbows and unicorns and you all trying to fool a new generation into being like that is foolish
on your all's part. all i am asking is to be unmuted i have friends and family i speak with through this system and you all are messing with that and im not very happy about it at all so please kindly reconsider. i won't end this forum until someone hears
my plea and has some decentcy and understanding and un-mutes me like decent and kind human being you all seem to be so fond of wanting to try to force us to become. you want kindness give kindness in return and there are a lot of xbox user who don't deserve
that kindness considering how rude they can be but nothing is ever done about them. no it's always the one's who are different or disabled or have a voice they like to over use.
