I was perma-banned a couple of weeks ago for refunding purchases on my account, the account in question is deathshot657. Some one kept getting a hold of my card information and kept buying things, they were spending upwards of three hundred dollars at singular
intervals, just to clarify I live alone so no one else but me knows my credit card information so I don't know how these people kept getting my info. Anyway I didn't know at the time that you could talk to support to get things sorted out and refund fraudulent
charges, I just thought the rule of no refunds was paramount, so I thought the only way to get my money back was to refund through the bank. I realize now that, that is not the proper way to refund but no one told me how to properly resolve my issue I was
never informed on how to deal with stuff like this, or who to contact. If I could just talk to someone from enforcement that would be great, or an xbox ambassador or just anyone that would have a suggestion on how to deal with this or someway to contact the
enforcement team that's not a case appeal I would appreciate it greatly.

I've had this account for nearly four years now and spent thousands of dollars on it, and I now know how to properly deal with this situation if it arises again. I would ask that enforcement would please just give me one more chance, please let me speak
to someone that can help and I can promise I won't make the same mistake again. This ban has really messed with me due to the fact that I played xbox to help with my depression and anxiety and to see my account just be thrown in the garbage like this hurts,
especially when I've tried my best to explain the problem and I was met with people who really didn't seem to care. All I'd ask is for one more chance, or I'd even be willing to serve a couple months banned, but please I beg of you please just give me one
more chance.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

 

The only one who deal with bans/suspensions is the enforcement team. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing for a case review as described here:

That is the only way to reach the enforcement team as they cannot be reached via the forums or through support
