    I was recently permanently banned and the account in question is deathshot657. I was permanently suspended for marketplace fraud. I was suspended under the market place fraud category because I did something called a "Charge-back". Now in my case appeals
    I tried to explain to the enforcement team that I refunded these charges because it was not me making them, someone kept getting a hold of my card information. Now every time a card was compromised I would get a new card and discard the old one, but that didn't
    seem to help, cards that I hadn't even put on Xbox were charged in the ranges of hundreds of dollars and there was nothing I could do except keep getting new cards and and hoping they would't find out my information but they did. So I kept refunded fraudulent
    charges until I got the message of permanent suspension.

    Now I just learned today that I could of went to tech support and refuted these charges but I was never informed of that. I never knew that I could actually take these claims before Xbox support and ask them to refund those fraudulent
    charges, I just thought that the rule of no refunds was paramount. But as I said before the only reason I refunded many of those fraudulent charges were because those people who were spending my money were spending hundreds of dollars that I needed to pay
    for food and bills. I would please ask that if anyone from enforcement is reading this to please un-ban me, I now know that if I want to dispute a fraudulent charge I need to talk to tech support, this whole situation is due to mis-information and I would
    ask the enforcement team to please give me one more chance, please I beg of you, I've had this account for almost three years now and I don't want to lose all the progress I've made and all the money I've spent due to people stealing my money and me not knowing
    how properly handle those situations. Please un-ban me I beg of you.

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you've already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do.

  5. I was told multiple times by Xbox support that Enforcement does use the forums so... I don't know

    Phone/chat support are known for sending people to the forums with incorrect information. The enforcement team used to use the forums, but they have not done so in a couple of years.

    What are you doing to get credit card fraud this bad?

    it sounds like the moment you get a card its instantly being used fraudulently, if I were you I would try finding out who is getting your card details, possibly a family member?

    Was thinking the same thing. Would also imagine, if I were (Isn't going to happen.) to steal someones credit card, it wouldn't be to purchase games for THEIR account; doesn't make sense. Microsoft also knows if/when/and for how long a game has been played.
    Imagine they would be more understanding if a game was bought and never played, then games bought and played to completion before realizing it was a fraudulent purchase.

    I have some shady friends and a bit of a pessimist, so believe it was either a family member, like Shaggy2000 suggests, or you thought buying games then doing a charge back somehow equaled "Free Games!". Hope I'm wrong and you get things straightened out.

    Yea, why would someone steal your card and use it to make purchases on YOUR account? That doesn't make sense at all unless it's someone you know with access to your account that's making the purchases.

  11. I probably should of clarified that I live alone, all of my IRL friends play either PC or PlayStation, and the weird thing is sometimes the card would still be sealed in the letter and it would of been used. I never share any of
    my card information with anyone so it's really just very confusing.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    i can't submit a review as it says my ban has finished yet when i go to support they say the 3rd

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.
