    Hello this is Kaidyn, I put in a case review yesterday for a communication ban under the impression someone was just trolling me but turns out my brother sent inappropriate messages while on my account. So I let it be, but I get on my Xbox today and now
    it says I'm banned from Online play due to harassment which is ridiculous because My brother had already gotten my account banned from communication so idk how why I get banned for harassment 2 days later. I hope this can be resloved. Thank you

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    hello, so I put in for another case review and it says case upheld so I'm assuming that means they ignored what I said and that I'll continue to be banned for another 2 weeks? This is ridiculous that people can gang up on my little brother and report him
    and now I have to suffer for it as well. I pay for Xbox live and don't find it right that I have to wait 2 weeks to use an Xbox that I pay for.

    You may pay for Live, but you still agree to their rules when you sign up. One of which is, you are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if it was you or your brother on your account, if something was done that violates the code
    of conduct, your account can be suspended.

    Try not to rise to baited messages, REPORT, MUTE, BLOCK and move on. These steps will ensure you stay free of suspensions and trolls hate not getting a response.

    You can file to have your case reviewed by the enforcement team. That way they can hear your side of the story. If you are interested in doing this Here is how to do it.

    You will need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com sign in and click the orange hammer in the top left of the site.This will take you to your enforcement history page. Find the current enforcement effecting your
    account. Next to it on the right you should see a link that say submit a case review. Click on that and follow the prompts.

    In case the instructions are a bit confusion, here is a link to a video showing you how to file a case review as well.
