    I was recently banned, here's my issue....... They had a reason to ban me, (wrong or right) my issue is I would like to know the exact reason. The explantion is vague. I.E. It could have been for this, this or multiple reasons. I
    want to know the exact reason not just that I broke the code of conduct. The reason I broke the code of conduct contains multiple possibilities, I feel as a gamer with a long history of being a good and friendly gamer I deserve to know exactly what I did to
    incur the ban that I received so as not to make the same mistake again. I've attempted to contact Enforcement but I've run into the same loop repeatedly. Click here for this, click here for that only to end up back where I started. Kinda feels like 1984.....BIG
    BROTHER IS WATCHING! DON'T ASK QUESTIONS! I truly hope Xbox live addresses this........Without banning me........Again. .

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    The only way to get any information on any suspension is through the
    case review process
    as only an enforcement team member can respond to any enforcement actions they issue. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
