Okay so on my main Xbox account Walmart bodwash I was suspended not once but twice. The first suspension I got I understood that some person reported me most likely the most recent person that messaged me so I said okay, a day later I get another message
from Xbox live saying that I am suspended again and that I can't play games which shouldn't even be possible since I was already suspended. All I want is for some assistance to try and remove the suspension for playing I'm fine with the communication can I
just get help with the second suspension that'd be great

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Ive tried but it won't even let me try to appeal the suspension I talked to a support member to get in contact with a enforcement team member but he said I have to come here to get to talk to someone from the team I need help to get rid of the second suspension
I got unjustly can I get someone to talk to to sort this out please
