Enforcement XBox

Dear Sir or Madam, With the enforcement measure of 29.08.2017 against my account I do not agree. Since this is completely unjustified. It can not be that if you play three days in a row Gears of War 4, each time for the communication or even for xbox live
is blocked. You play this game with absolute passion in a full team, you are with this full team in a party and gets a complaint because of language communication then you are locked. I as a good player with Gears have always the problem, which I am reported
because of alleged things which were not done by me. There are so many underage players there who simply can not accept it, which one is better than they, they simply report it and microsoft simply so without control it. I have already reported to some players
who also streamen, and in the game other people insulted to the supremest and yet without any measures on their part have come away. This system with the report and complaining about other players, excuse me if I say so completely unclear and faulty. Ok there
were moments when I lost my mastery, and for that I have correctly got my punishment vohn them and these synonymous completely synonymous, but this time I find it an absolute joke since every time I played this game myself in one Party and no other player
wrote anything or offended anyone. I have been a member of xbox live for almost 4 years and have spent more than 1000 € in their system over the last four year´s, and I will be treated by them as this is not fair. I was just about to invest 500 € again to
buy the xbox one x but under these circumstances, I find this step very difficult, because I have to reckon with the fact that someone is wrongfully reported because someone can not lose and It does not see that there are better players than him and I therefore
can not use my xbox. I ask her to get in touch with me to clear this misunderstanding as it was completely wrong this time. Best regards

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

Any report is thoroughly investigated before enforcement action is issued.You do not get suspended for no reason.

Not sure what you mean by "under age players". Games can be played by people of any age.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated E for everyone.

On very rare occasions you might get a thank you message if someone is suspended/banned due to a report you file but this doesn't happen often.

Other than that you are not told the result of any report you file so you do not know if these people receive enforcement action or not.

 

I would have gladly the day and the time at which I had supposedly the supposedly shrew to have so that I can prove microsoft that I was not because of the fact that I was working. Unfortunately, microsoft is completely crosswise and locks my account for
100 days without me to provide a proof for my INQUALITY offense
