Enforcement XBox

My son's console was erroneously banned on 08/24/2017 during a game. I want this corrected immediately.

I have reviewed his account history and reputation and there is no supporting documentation for this ban. There have been no notices received by email (and yes, I have reviewed all email accounts: inbox, trash, spam and junk folders). I have screen prints
if needed. A complaint has been filed on this account by me with Microsoft against the Enforcement Dept. I will me contacting the company CEO also.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

Have you seen the "Enforcement United" programme too? Community moderators, whose reviews presumably carry more weight than your average member.

it should be noted that if it's a console ban any profile on the console could've incured the ban

Which affects all profiles on said console

Enforcement, sign in, click on the little orange gavel that will appear and it will take you to a complete Enforcement history of the account you are signed into.

Enforcement does not read the forums, nor do they have a direct way of being contacted via phone or email. That being said, sometimes, Enforcement will deem a suspension as being worthy of a review. If so, you will see a link called
"Review" next to the current enforcement action. This is your only way to contact Enforcement directly to plead your case and possibly have the Enforcement action overturned.

Enforcement will also send you an email to the address that is linked to the Microsoft account with complete details of what the suspension/ban is for and for how long (Bans being permanent). You can read up on further details regarding

Online games don't warn anyone of investigations a lot of phishing attempts.use you are under review please go to this phi shy website

A online gaming service never hands out warnings hence why it never used because people would just be confused with phishing attempts

3rd a console.ban unless it's a 360 means one of your profiles used it in way that violates the terms of use

Usually communications including voice which wouldn't show up on your msg history

But.it.woukd.show.upon the server logs which enforcement can view

Talk to anyone who had access to the cinsole

Also if it is a 360 then.ask the previous owner

 

Actually you do get a warning.

The code of conduct that everyone has to agree to when starting a account is considered your warning.
