As everyone knows that fortnite is a video game for playing and for that purpose only... Unfortunately There was some texting ,video chat involved pursay....that got a little on the verbal communication of nothing as serious as to what the whole concept
of a fun game is.not one that

involves guns for entertainment. purposes only. It sounds like this game should be muted to everyone. Especially when other players are online reporting verbal abuse... Because in reality the whole concept. Of buying skins finding riffles for a way of winning
others is only used for combat purposes right... Please explain how he was banned from communicating on his microphone please call my #[Removed by Moderator]. Thank you no texting or if I could have the # for enforcement issues at microsoft
I would like to discuss this issue with a knowledgeable reprentative that works for Microsoft.

Ambassadors can't handle any od enforcement doings on this forum. You can visit them on their site and file a complaint.

The only way to contact enforcement is through there website, https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US Log in to the account that has been punished and press the orange hammer it
will take you to another webpage and it will explain the reason why on the current case section.

Sorry that there is not a number to call but that is literally the only way to talk to enforcement

Possibly, the enforcement website had not been updated at the time of your call. Xbox Support should have the most updated info. If you are still unable to see anything on the enforcement website, I would suggest calling Xbox Support again, explaining your
situation.

be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our
Enforcement
website for all information regarding Bans and/or Suspensions. Please be aware that any Xbox Live member with an
active
enforcement action may
submit a case for review
through the account's
Enforcement History,
provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

Also, please note: we are not able to provide the answers to you regarding the questionnaire. That is meant for
you to answer in order to show you understand the policies and will not go against the guidelines again. Please review our
Enforcement: Stay Safe Page and
its subcategories.

When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
email
message is automatically sent to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an email is also sent to the Microsoft Account
associated with your parent or guardian. Each email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and links to pages that provide additional information. Try
to reach out to them through the email they send out and check to see if they respond that way.
