Enforcement Xbox One

I am writing because my son and his friend were playing on their XBox One when a stranger tried to join their game. The kids know that they are NOT allowed to play with strangers. They asked him to leave. The person got mad and said "Frick black people!"
They didn't respond. And this person reported our kids and we were blocked. This is NOT okay. This kid or person should be punished for their actions in that they made a racial slur and there is NO RECORD of our kids saying a racial slur. Please look into
the reporter. We should not have been punished for something they are taught... DO NOT LET STRANGERS INTO YOUR GAMES. Please look into this incident. I am disappointed that our kids are punished when it should have been the other kid/person who should be
punished. Our kids did nothing wrong. They may have told him to "Get out" which I told them isn't a nice way of telling someone something online. I told them next time to just block the stranger rather than exchanging words. Please remove this enforcement
and look further into the stranger trying to join kids' games. Especially if it is a child who is using inappropriate racial slurs.

One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

What makes you think they won't have the same level of control? Sony have said they won't enforce it, fair enough. That doesn't mean a publisher won't enforce it.Click to expand...

Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

The only way to contact enforcement is through there website, https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US Log in to the account that has been punished and press the orange hammer it
will take you to another webpage and it will explain the reason why on the current case section.

Sorry that there is not a number to call but that is literally the only way to talk to enforcement

Possibly, the enforcement website had not been updated at the time of your call. Xbox Support should have the most updated info. If you are still unable to see anything on the enforcement website, I would suggest calling Xbox Support again, explaining your
situation.

submit a case for review

provided the enforcement meets the following requirements:

The enforcement's duration is greater than 24 hours in length
The enforcement was issued in the last 12 months

When XBLPET issues an enforcement action, an
email
message is automatically sent to the address associated with your Xbox Live account. If you are using a child account, an email is also sent to the Microsoft Account
associated with your parent or guardian. Each email message explains that the account was subject to enforcement action and links to pages that provide additional information. Try
to reach out to them through the email they send out and check to see if they respond that way.
