    Hello!

    This is my first post.

    As I can't get connected in person with anyone from xbox support (Ive tried to call several times, chat etc) I hope you can help me out guys.

    There is no case review for a month and it does not say enforcement duration either so i'm just wondering.. For how long Ill be suspended from xbox live?

    Enforcement xbox live.

    If there is no end date shown, that usually means the suspension has already expired. This would even explain why you cannot review the action.

    Is your account still behaving as if there is action against it, or is everything normal once again?

    It's my understanding that the Enforcement team does not follow this forum. May I recommend that you go to and sign in at the "Enforcement Team" webpage and see if you can file for a "Case Review".
    For more information see "Your Xbox Live account has been suspended or banned" .

    Can normal xbox live players ban people

    You could as well ask if "normal people" can arrest other people and put them in jail.

    The answer is no.

    Normal people/xbox live players can report people to the police/Xbox Live Enforcement, and then there is an investigation.

    If the police/Xbox Live Enforcement find that the reported person broke the law/Xbox Live Code of Conduct, the police/Xbox Live Enforcement will arrest/suspend the person that broke the rules.

    So normal people can report, but not actually ban people. The banning is done by real people in the Xbox Live Enforcement team after reviewing evidence that is usually automatically sent in with the report.
