  1. Enforcement with no proof

Does anyone else have an issue with Microsoft Xbox enforcement team suspending a player's account and then providing no proof to show when you have a short suspension??? It is unbelievable that I can't speak with a person about the specific issue. I need
to know what to address with my son. No one at XBOX can tell me. Really??? How did the enforcement team make the decision to suspend my son's account? There has to be some evidence and I should be able to see that evidence. Why can't I see it? I tried
to work through the support team and was told all of the information is on the enforcement website. Really??? It's a list of possible infractions. How, as a parent, can I address this issue when I don't know specifically what it is? It is absolutely unbelievable
that there is no recourse. Oh, I asked for a supervisor and was told supervisors don't interact with people with enforcement issues and then told he was going to disconnect the line so he can help someone with a real issue. Excuse me? I pay for xbox live.
Xbox suspends my son's account and it's not a real issue.

    :)

  2. DoS Attack Report

Frankly no there's nothing Microsoft can do. They need concrete proof to make an enforcement action and since none of it actually went through the Xbox LIVE network there is no proof to be gathered.

  3. Xbox live enforcement no proof needed

I Do not expect you to allow this complaint because it is all one sided.

You allow bullying and abuse and then you block players to suit your whim.

there is bad language in Division and then you block/ban for bad language?

you allow young kids to play because it is all about the dollar not fairness and you make appeal impossible.

I will not be renewing membership it is one-sided.

    Enforcement with no proof

    1) For account suspensions or bans sign in at this site with your account at
    https://enforcement.xbox.com

    2) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can provide the reason or proof why you were banned.

    3) No one here on the Xbox Forums or at Xbox Support can change the state of ANY suspension or ban.

    4) Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account.

    - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation."

Xbox Enforcement | How Do I

    5) A suspension or ban on the account is imposed when there has been a violation of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use.

    - Note: If the violation was significant, the account may face consecutive suspensions and the device could be suspended as well.

    Code of Conduct -

    Xbox.com Terms of Use -
    https://www.xbox.com/en-US/Legal/XboxComTOU?xr=footnav

    6) If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review

    - You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

    - Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

    Case Review -

    7) If someone is making offensive remarks to you, do not reply back to them. Report and block them.

    - If you're in a party chat and offensive remarks are being made. Your account may receive a suspension just for being in that party if the party is reported.

Submit a report on Xbox One -
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/Home/HowTo#sub-topic2-0

    8) It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you let a friend use your account and they violate they Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

So just to recap here -
Does anyone else have an issue with Microsoft Xbox enforcement team suspending a player's account and then providing no proof to show when you have a short suspension???

    - The Xbox Enforcement Team will never provide you the detail of what was said or done. If there wasn't a violation then you've got nothing to worry about.

It is unbelievable that I can't speak with a person about the specific issue. I need to know what to address with my son. No one at XBOX can tell me. Really???

    - Yes, really. Xbox Support is not involved with Xbox Enforcement.

How did the enforcement team make the decision to suspend my son's account? There has to be some evidence and I should be able to see that evidence. Why can't I see it?

I tried to work through the support team and was told all of the information is on the enforcement website. Really??? It's a list of possible infractions. How, as a parent, can I address this issue when I don't know specifically what it is?

    - As stated above, it's a violation of the Code of Conduct or the Terms of Use.

    - As long as he's not doing anything against the code of conduct, he should be fine.

It is absolutely unbelievable that there is no recourse. Oh, I asked for a supervisor and was told supervisors don't interact with people with enforcement issues and then told he was going to disconnect the line so he can help someone
with a real issue. Excuse me? I pay for xbox live. Xbox suspends my son's account and it's not a real issue.

    - Yes, that's correct. Xbox Support and their supervisors have nothing to do with anything from Xbox Enforcement. Xbox Support didn't suspend the account, a violation occurred and the Xbox Enforcement Team took action.

    - You pay for Xbox Live and you're subject to the Code of Conduct like the rest of us that use the Xbox network.
