Enforcement - Why Can't I Message?

Discus and support Enforcement - Why Can't I Message? in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So my Enforcement susspentions are done. I am now able to play online again.     Enforcement - Why Can't I Message?


    So my Enforcement susspentions are done. I am now able to play online again. But I can't message any players or friends. Checked on the Enforcement History and all are completed. So I don't understand why this is happening.

    Can anyone help me with this please?

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    Enforcement - Why Can't I Message?

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.
    It's my understanding that these step will correct this issue.

    Thanks for the response pal. I've just tried this and unfortuatly no resolve. Same thing. Just keeps saying "Find somthing else to do: Because of your past behaviour, you are unable to send messages."

    I've come to the conclusion that there is a possibillity that this could be eaither a console or account ban for Communications, even though I have had no email from Xbox LIVE themselfs saying this. On my Xbox 360 I can message on my second account but not
    on this one. But when I use my second account on my Xbox One, it's the same thing, I can't message. I'm thinking of getting another Xbox One but I'm not sure if that would be a waste of money to find out if it's an account ban.

    Why can't I message

    Can you check the following:

    Sign in on the Xbox website on https://www.xbox.com

    Then click on your account picture and from the menu choose "Messages"

    Are you able to see and send messages on the Xbox.com website?

    This is a little bit of an update on my situation, I figured out that it's not the account itself that works, but something else because, I added my second account on so that I could see wether it worked or not, and I was unable to send messages in that
    account as well, it said the same thing last time as I listed above, so I don't know if it's my internet (even though I have a Ethernet cable connecting it to my router), or it's just plainly my xbox. Thank you for the comments so far, I appreciate people
