    needee to get my suspension checked on but I cannot review the case and the website is broken

    Case review website not working

    Recently I was suspended from using communication for the third time for no reason. I went to Xbox support and tried to get my case reviewed. When I applied for a review it said that I didn't have an active enforcement action. Someone please help me.

    I want to post an honest case review on the Xbox Enforcement website to label my cause for my suspension

    The enforcement teams website is enforcement.xbox.com

    The only way to contact them is through the case review process on their website.

    Another thing normally enforcement actions that are short in time like yours are not eligible for case reviews because by the time the enforcement team reviews it the enforcement action will be over

    The best thing to do is to read over the enforcement teams website this has good information.

    Hello you will have to go to the enforcement website to submit a case review.

    Please keep in mind not all enforcement actions can get a case review.

    But you can try at the enforcement website here: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb

    this would be the only way to speak to the enforcement team as for submitting a case review

    Account ban

    Any enforcement action like that would be handled by the enforcement team on their website enforcement.xbox.com

    you can sign in there with the account that has the ban on it and then file for a case review.

    the enforcement team does not monitor these forums and their website and the case review process is the only way to contact them.
