Enforcement website is Not Working since Today!

Hi, can someone tell me why the Enforcement site where you can check your status etc...

https://enforcement.xbox.com/home

is not working since today?

I mean you can load the site, but when you try to login... you put your account info and it go back to site without being logged in.

It only happends with that site and no other like this or xbox.com (those 2 works perfect)

I tested it on 3 different computers, 4 browsers at 2 different locations (home and work), and dont work

The site seems to work fine on my end at the moment.

Can you check it again, could have been a temporary thing

 

Wpak i double checked and i confirmed that... testing it with my account from different cpus and browsers i cant login... in fact it logged in but when back to the home site shows it as not logged, but when you click to log again it dont prompt you to log
it auto reload like you be already logged and still showing it as NOT LOGGED IN.

Then... i tested from PC and browsers with other accounts and with some accounts it works, not all and not with mine.

And after that i tested my account login in from my mobile phone, and from there it works perfect!

So... can someone sort it out?

If you haven't yet, please try clearing the cache and cookies from your Internet browser and trying again. If you haven't yet, try accessing the site on Internet Explorer as well.

Let us know if you continue to experience issues.

 

Or try the InPrivate or Incognito browsing (that will work around cache and cookies)

For FireFox, IE and Edge use Ctrl+Shift+P in the browser, for Chrome use Ctrl+Shift+N

Let us know the results

 

Wpak... as i already stated... i tested it on 3 different computers, 2 from where i never logged in before... 4 different browsers and used Private browsing too.

Not working in any way!

Which browsers did you use and see the problem with? We're not able to reproduce the same issue here so we're looking to see which browsers you've tried so we can try to see what you're seeing. Let us know!

 

Mister Mascot... i used Internet Explorer 10, 11 and Microsoft edge... even i used Firefox, Chrome and Opera on windows 7 and windows 10 and tested on an old win XP cpu too... on all cpus and browsers i got that issue with my account, but not with other
accounts...

But if i test it on the Web Browser of my Mobile phone, The Site WORKS PERFECT!

I dont know why i am getting that issue on all pcs i test even if i test on pcs from where i never logged in.

It looks like it's working on those browsers for us. You mentioned that the issue is only happening with your account and not others. So let's take a closer look at that. Try going to
account.live.com and ensure that your account is properly setup. What I mean by that is check to see that the region set on your account is the one you're located in and all of your other information is
up to date.

Let us know what you find out!

 

Mister Mascot, first of all, thank so much for your support, Yes, i checked and all is OK like the first day when i created the account 10 years ago, i found the same issue on other 2 or 3 accounts of friends, i want to clarify that i have no problems accessing
any other microsoft and/or xbox sites, with my account, only with the "bad working" enforcement site (i said "bad working" cause the site is having several issues, like non working links for e.g. "REPUTATION" button that is not clickeable, since around more
than 9 months)

And the issue is presented only with web browsers on PC and not on the web browser of my mobile phone and/or tablet, then i bet that the problem is no regarded with my account, but with the site itself.

Thx a lot for your help, if this is a big problem, i really apreciate your effort and help, i can live without use that site, i just want to inform that the site is having an issue.

Thanks for reaching back out and letting us know. It's possible it could be an account issue which is why we'd want to rule it out. I understand that you're okay if you're not able to use the page, but ideally we'd like you to be able to use it in the offset
chance you do need to.
