Discus and support Enforcement website is like talking to a wall in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I received a reasonable ban for responding to a troll he's trolled all game which I reported then he has the nerve to message me after and I reacted...     I received a reasonable ban for responding to a troll he's trolled all game which I reported then he has the nerve to message me after and I reacted poorly. Then I receive another ban 5 hours later and they say it's because of past history. They make you
    do a survey that if you mess up twice you have to wait 24 hours just to write a message just to get a robotic message with no information and no answers. The fact that there's no was to speak to a real human about my issues is a complete turn off and the support
    team can't help you. So I'm stuck with a unreasonable ban stopping me from playing on line where 80% of their games are online based. So I paid $500 with years of support for Xbox to now have a $500 dollar Netflix box.

    Sending aggressive (especially profane) messages to certain players is how people commonly receive suspensions. Any hostile reply back still counts as a violation of the Code of Conduct on your end. It is only recommended to mute,
    block, and/or report players who give you problems on Xbox Live.

    It is possible to get hit with additional suspensions at any time, depending on your overall behavior on Xbox Live. The Enforcement Team investigates and takes action on complaint reports as soon as they can get to it.

    If you can't make it through the surveys/quizzes in order to submit a case review, then the only other option is to sit out the rest of the suspension duration.

    The forums cannot help reverse suspensions as the Enforcement team does not post here. The Enforcement website is the only place that handles bans.

    All enforcement actions are handled by the enforcement team at their website. enforcement.xbox.com

    They do not monitor these forums.

    While on their website it will show you your enforcement history and if eligible you can file for a case review there and they would then reinvestigate the case and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.

    Keep this in mind Just because someone talked trash to you even if you talked trash back to them your just as wrong as they are and are subject to the enforcement actions

    The best thing to do in a situation like that is to block the person and mute them and report them.

    Perma banned and can’t see it in enforcement to submit a review

    The companys enforcement team is unprofessional & don't know how to even run a website.

    If you read the forums back months .. like before october! Even then the loop glitch was happening.

    Nobody can talk to their enforcement team.

    Tbh I bet the ban isnt even warrented in most cases, just xbox and their toxic broken enforcement system.
