ENFORCEMENT WE NEED ANSWERS

there's 1000s of people out there getting fauls suspensions due to little children watching youtube videos showing how to get people banned or suspended in minutes

With them doing this they're getting people banned for playing the game mode I wanna take this opportunity to take these issues further

I got suspended for playing Fortnite Battle Royale and killing Hr Fizzy and they got upset and spammed me with silly messages so that I woukd get shot whiles reading them but his first message was

"Reported you, Have fun getting Banned"

It was a solo game

So no team killing happened

I was just the better player at that moment

If you want to get in contact with the xbox management or enforcement team keep pushing I'm taking this issue as far as I can because the xbox support are holding things back from paying customers and the enforcement team that the wrong way of doing things
it's a one way conversation with them

They who report first wins and that's not right in many people's eyes let's change this we pay there wages we buy there products we should have the power to speak too!

We really need some answers!

I have gone thru the motions with support. I have also sat on the phone forever with billing. I have been escalated to the point where i have my own personal advocate (which has failed to contact me). There should be no reason why I have been denied access
to my gold membership since Saturday the 15th. This is day 4 and i have grown beyond irritated and entering the realm of spiteful. I was hung up on the first time. The second person told me that this was the frist time they had ever seen a specific error code
even though posts date back to 2011 on the same issue. Told i would be contacted by an advocate to help me thru this and nothing. With all of this time i have now maybe i should build that trebuchet and send this useless piece of plastic back to the hole from
which it came. Its been fun and all but honestly if there is no resolve, nor any attempt to acknowledge those of us still affected, my xbox days are over. i can see that there is no such thing as customer appreciation other than throwing a few dated games
at us for free here and there. They will take your money and apologize with a smile. Yet if any of us contacted them to say "yeah im having technical difficulties paying you right now" there is no option youre account is shut down. Another classic case of
big corporations showing the public that whats good for the goose is not even an option for the gander. Absurd!

Do Members of the Enforcement team ever answer our questions? Is there a part of the Forum that we can get answers to our problems from the Enforcement Team ?

Also due to the possibility of harassment from people, the Xbox enforcement team does not have direct contact info.

 

No one is getting false suspensions.You will only get suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

here about some enforcement myths.

 

basically what happens with a suspension is this

1. a report is made to our enforcement team.

2. it goes in line with all of the other reports that are made.

3. someone on the enforcement team will investigate it and if there was a violation of the TOU/COC then that is when the suspension is put onto the account.

this is why sometimes an account can be suspended on a day that you may not have even been playing online or chatting this is also why there are times that you may be on a suspension currently but if another report comes in and the enforcement team investigates
it you may get another suspension while you are on a current suspension.

 

Sooo, if I am team killed by a troll/tool, report him for team killing (which you apparently do nothing about), call him a tool and he reports me, then I get a comm ban... Hey, great system you got there...that was sarcasm....please do not ban me for using
the word "tool"...
