    Enforcement was overturned but..


    I had a gamertag enforcement case review where the enforcement was overturned and the gamertag would be reinstated to my account but when i go to change my gamertag to the old one i keep getting "that gamertag is not allowed".

    Here is the case overturn decision.

    After reviewing this case we have found that the Gamertag enforcement was made in error. At this time, we will be reinstating the Gamertag back onto
    the account. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and hope you can continue to enjoy your Xbox Live experience! We will be offering the account a Free Gamertag change and making the Gamertag available to reclaim. Please do so in the next 24 hours!

    Being suspended twice in the same month

    Support has nothing to do with Enforcement. Only Enforcement can overturn the decision.

    Yes, you only get one chance for a case review. If the enforcement team upholds their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

    There have been cases where the enforcement team have overturned bans, but they're only overturned if the enforcement team determines they made a mistake when issuing the suspension/ban.

    Unless the suspension was overturned by the enforcement team it stays on your record.

    Do Microsoft allow people to rejoin the ambassador program?

    If you get an enforcement action and can submit a case review and it is overturned, you will be allowed back into the program. If that happens, you would email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces). Otherwise, if the enforcement action is not overturned, you will not be allowed back in unless the rules change in the future.

    Com Banned and no longer an Ambassador

    if the suspension was overturned, then you didn't actually do anything wrong. Which is why it was overturned. The enforcement team would have made a mistake. If they did overturn it, you can email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to let Ambassador
    staff know and rejoin the program.
