Enforcement vs 'Perfect record'

Keep in mind you need to login into the parent account to see enforcement not.the child account since the adult account is the one managing the child account

Hello there, yes unfortunately the enforcement site has been delayed in its postings of enforcement actions however the only possible action is to keep checking the enforcement site daily until it shows up. What probably happened is that the other player reported his comments and he ended up with a communication ban. Since this was your son's first time, most likely it is just a 24 hour ban. If this ban shows up on the enforcement site before the 24 hours are up, your son can reduce the ban but not case review to have it overturned because 24 hour bans are not case reviewable unfortunately. There is no other way to contact enforcement other than to wait for it to show up on the website and once the ban is complete, you will have the option to leave feedback for the enforcement to look at. You can write your comments there. Hope this helps!
