    Enforcement violation


    Hi some around 10 year old child made a false report on my 14 year old child. I think my child can't play any game till what date? He couldn't get into a new game he just bought.

    Please help me clear this ban.

    24hr bans are not eligible for care review and there is no other way to contact the enforcement team. Sorry.

    Hi! After signing in with your sons account here you should be able to see the reason for the suspension: https://enforcement.xbox.com/

    It's important to keep in mind that even if your son received harmful messages from other players, he should not respond at all and instead just report them if the content the messages contain is against the rules.

    Xbox Enforcement     site. Once you log in using the account credentials (email and password) you will be given a brief description of what he was reported for, as well as be given the opportunity to submit a case review.

    Thanks for reply. There is no reason on there. I cant review case, i cant do anything. There isnt even anyone to speak to from xbox. Its so frustrating.

    All enforcement actions are the result of reports from other players that get sent to the enforcement team who then investigate the report to determine if there was a violation of the code of conduct and if only if there was a violation do they put an
    enforcement action onto the account.
