    Enforcement update on my account


    I was suspended communications for telling camper to a player, I end my suspension, but my account is not updated, I am very worried because in the Xbox Game Pass application it still says "your account was suspended" when visiting the Enforcenent page it says "your account has an application" when reviewing my history, I have no active suspension. I'm scared because this is happening because of a mistake I made. Does anyone know if my account will be updated? Note: I can use my account normally, but I keep getting that message in the Xbox Game Pass app.

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. We don't have access to get information about your case because it's related to the enforcement team; However, you can access the link below to submit a case review to get further information.

    Also, I would highly recommend getting in touch with our live support agents for them to check your account from their end.

    Suspensions happen due to infractions of the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. Try accessing https://enforcement.xbox.com with your Microsoft account, the one that was suspended. You may need to try a different browser, or purge that browser's cache (CTRL + SHIFT
    + DEL will bring up that option on most all major browsers) and try again.

    Then right after I play a game, a player harassed me to get me banned. ......... all because some player.
    Another player cannot FORCE you to use language that violates the community standards for XBox. You always are responsible for your own conduct. It sucks that there are trolls who try to make players angry but if we ALLOW them to trigger us, it is still
    OUR FAULTS for anything we CHOOSE to say to them.
