    Salutations! I hope this post finds you well, I have a quick query for whomever reads this post. I have recently attempted to join Enforcement United because I wanted to help benefit the Xbox community further than just being an ambassador. I meet all of
    the prerequisites except apparently the age requirement? I don't know how this is possible, but I must has entered the wrong birth year when I originally signed up with Hotmail 7 or so years ago. Who can I talk to about getting this changed?

    Well, to start out I can't join it because it says I am not an ambassador. But I am one. I also can't use the ambassabank because of that too. But when I go to apply it says I am an ambassador.

    It's not possible to change the date of birth or age on a Xbox LIVE account under any circumstances. If you wish to correct the date of birth on an account you would need to make a brand new account.

    You may be able to see the information at http://account.live.com if you do go to the account summary page and change your birthday there, it will NOT affect your Xbox account. Sorry ASTRAYA
