Enforcement trash

I was just playing r6 siege, where the two teams knew each other and i was team killed numerous times, as they were showing unsporting behaviour i reported them, to find out 5 minutes later i get a message from xbox stating that there has been enforcement
action to my account and that i'm the one banned for 8 days? WHAT?????????? Why give the "community" the power to ban whoever they see fit, i have not broken your t&c's and yet i suddenly get a com ban?? wow, thanks microsoft.

I get banned on xbox live for 2 weeks for telling my friend come on fag as a joke. I made a case review they said decision upheld and said theyve revoked 7 days yet im still banned if i dont get unbanned by this friday im just gonna switch to ps4 honestly
and yous might act like this isnt a big deal but tons of people are switching because of the trash enforcement team and its also people that are super loyal that have been on xbox for over 9 years and have spent thousands of dollars on it. In conclusion unban
me by this friday 17/11/2017 or im switching to ps4

It does not matter who starts it if you violate the code of conduct your profile is subject to being suspended.

You will not be told if another player that you report is suspended or not so you will not know for sure if they are ever suspended or not.

You can contact the enforcement team by filing a case review on their website at enforcement.xbox.com

 

You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review if eligible. Only the enforcement team has the power to suspend accounts and it takes time for them to investigate. It's likely a coincidence that it happened at that particular
moment.

 

DO NOT submit a case review, take heed: they WILL issue a harsher penalty for 'daring' to question 'them'.

..you started reporting people like an idiot, what did you expect? honestly... how are you even surprised, you LITERALLY expected the system to ONLY work for you..

how about the community stops reporting other people and just 'deals' with it?

too bad people like you are on the service in my opinion, yes there's no way to contact the 'pets' other than a review (but i still advise against it because the 'pet system' is inhabited by the biggest cucks).
