Enforcement time

so my suspension was up today,so why is my suspension still showing up on my Xbox I still can't do nothing. This needs to be fixed now

Is the time when the incident took place or when the reviews some sort of complaint and the ban started at that time?

You are not provided with the detail of what was said and when. So whatever he said was reported to the Xbox Enforcement Team and when they got around to reviewing the incident, they imposed the suspension after their review.

He may have said something a couple of hours or a couple of days before the actual suspension had occurred.

 

it was up at 3:03:06AM so why is it still not letting me play online, or chat and I've got no other suspensions I forgot to include

 

I just realized something, the date now says 12/31/17 here's what it says. Wait is this a permanent ban I'm starting to freak out I just re read it, feel like I'm gonna cry if this is a perm ban.

for some reason this didn't post idk why, but is this a perm ban? I just called, they said mt,console is banned till tomorrow 6:58 PM so ill try tomorrow but that permanent impact: worries me a lot, I'm really freaking out.

it keeps canceling the post I try to make with the enforcement letter but the date now says 1/31/17 and at the bottom of the letter is says Permanent impact: this account can no longer sign into Xbox live, but customer service said there's no permanent impact
on my account.

 

The information about temporary suspension impact and permanent impact are just added by default. Unless the end date was 12/31/9999, it's not permanent.
