Enforcement The biggest joke since the launch of Xbox One

First off I really hope Microsoft Bans me for this, Considering that's they're favorite thing to do. Let's take a trip back to the good old days you don't have some garbage new Xbox wasting space on your T.V stand you have a proud tall standing Xbox 360.
Never once was there the ability to ban someone because of enforcement. Bans were actually appropriately filed. Now you play an Rated M for mature game some wonderful person in the lobby decides to tell you how you you suck your moms P*ssy tastes wonderful
and you should just kill yourself. So you obviously say something back but you were stupid enough to write a message. 20 mins fly by and he's had every single friend on his friends list file reports against you... something Microsoft tells you never to do
but you get a message informing you of your ban. no communications oh well not a big deal right? Well now you can't play because of 'your behavior' This is the most pathetic excuse for multiplayer I pay $60 a year and yet you can just take all my stuff away
not allowing me to play yet i have to pay for my account. So you call Microsoft for help they just put you on hold for 30 mins, just to send you to some garbage enforcement page with the most ridiculously worded questions that basically confirm 75% of the
people who filed complaints have broken the terms them selves Enforcement gives players with more friends than you the ability to file 100 complaints in 20 mins, thus leading to a ban i am so fed up i never will buy a Microsoft product in my life again i hate
this over sized paper weight called an xbox. Thank you for 4 years of problems and being Banned. To any Xbox players reading this please learn frommy mistakes and be the bigger person only trash talk in game chat they can't catch you that way. Considering
half of the people instigating me in my case have no evidence. So ban account so i only have like 3 weeks left of gold you money eating ****! -From an old Xbox Fanboy now converting to Nintendo

Xbox enforcement is a joke

Before I tell the story I would like to add I posted this to the official forums and they delete my discussion completely taking my ability to speak my mind on how they wronged me.
so recently I was struck with a comms bann I was suprised because in all the years I've used this account this was my first. I went online to see what I had done and filled a case review so I could see what I had done and possibly get it overturned. However on the iPhone and Xbox no version of the site you can try see case history. Because of this I explained to the enforcement team "on the xbox version I'm Not able to see case history could to i please explain what's was said to result in my comms ban". After a day of waiting for the a response got an email from xbox saying somehing happeend in my case I go to look on an look and find out even letting me know what I had even done wrong they upheld my case.The fact that I've been using this service for years and have spent way to much money over those years and I get this little respect is ridiculous while I don't expect this to get my issue fixed I hope it shows how barn the current system is to where one guy can feel a little lazy and completely dismissive your case when there seems a chance that the entire ban wasn't unjustified or the issues was something taken out of context.if here's anyone I can speak speak to this about please let me known supports has only agreed there wasn't an issue and said they wouls file a complaint but that more then likely won't wont do anyone any good.
