    Enforcement Temporary Ban lasting for almost a month. Please help.


    Got my ban on the 18/05/16 and it still hasn't stopped my ban, it says a communication ban but now can't play online on any game (tried Fifa16 and COD).

    it's really frustrating that I can't contact anyone about this.

    The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

    Piece of advise Thedaryllama, if you don't want to get banned in the future, don't be abusive when your playing online. Be on your best behaviour and you'll be fine, act like an abusive idiot and you'll get banned.

    Thank you for helping me aswell mate, it is a temporary ban for a month but what got me was when I went onto the enforcement page said I was perma banned but in a month everything will be grand

    Console ban and home Xbox correlation?

    Under certain circumstances the enforcement team will issue a temporary console suspension.Usually it's because several accounts on the same console keep getting enforcement action but that's not the only reason.

    It is basically someones last chance before a permanent console ban.
