    Enforcement Team's got the wrong guy


    My brother was playing on my account and some dude kept on pestering him with trash talk and spamming and stuff like that. My brother then messaged the player to leave him alone with some profanity, and now my account is suspended for 24 hours, AND I DIDN'T
    EVEN DO ANYTHING. I understand my brother should be punished for his actions but he can still play on his account while I can't even talk to my friends, while again, I HAD NO PART IN THIS. Can anyone help me?

    Meaningless Suspension

    Meh, 99.9% of the time suspensions are given because you HAVE done something wrong. I've rarely seen the enforcement team get it wrong.

    Since it's a 24 hour suspension, all you can do is wait it out. You are responsible for your account at all times.

    Well for one you shouldn't let anyone use your account, not even your brother. That in itself is a violation of the code of conduct. If you share your console, and he has a habit of using it without you knowing, then you would want to set it up to password
    protect your account.

    The enforcement team don't care who is actually on the account. They just care what account violated the terms.

    Enforcements are evidence-based, so no matter if 100 friends reported you just as a joke, nothing would happen if you've done nothing wrong. If you actually got an enforcement, it's because something was there that the Enforcement team could see.

    Hm you must have if the enforcement team ban your console. But wrong thread my freind, you should post on console section 15 or 16 to get answer of why you got ban. Noone here can provide you with detail besides the enforcement team.
