My account was suspended recently and I find the suspension to be unfair. My account was filed against Harassment and Threats when neither one of those things occurred. My suspension was filed by players who were upset at the game (me killing them) and not
at me. Therefore, leading to false complaints. Moreover, I am confused on why my suspension is for 2 weeks and not 1. Also, I filed a case review and an agent contacted me back with a case summary saying that my account was only suspended for 7 days... though,
when I click on my enforcement history, it still shows a 2 week suspension.

Welcome to the club. I was suspended because I stomped a team with a chick and her 5 friends in the new cod. They called me a p*ssy a** n*gger, a Fa**ot, that I need to die, that I should go drink bleach, pretty much everything in the book because I beat them.
I told them that they need to go back to cutting themselves for attention, and guess who got stuck with a 14 day chat suspension? And on top of that, 3 days after I was already chat suspended, I ended up getting a 14 day BAN (cant play games, cant do NOTHING) Because
apparently I was being abusive and harassing players WHILE ALREADY CHAT SUSPENDED LUL.... Even the chat support agent said that I should not have received the 2nd suspension because its impossible. I had tried to appeal both suspensions, but of course, both
were denied and I got the same copy paste automated message on both... If I was as negligent at my job at the Enforcement team is at theirs, I would no longer have a job. Every interaction I have with Microsoft makes Sony and Playstation look better and better....
And that's coming from someone who waited in line for his original xbox before it was released. It makes me sad that I have devoted all these years, and piles upon piles of cash into XBox, and I am sadly debating just selling my Xbox and getting a Ps4.

 

I don't understand why suspensions are unfairly given. I don't even think they review the other people who filed complaints but they suspend the person who didn't say anything at all or the person who didn't say anything as offensive as the other player
who filed a complaint. I believe I got banned because this guy and his team were jumping me on the division (that game doesn't have game chat in it right now because of the update so you have to send messages) and my friends get on, we kill the multiple times.
So, I message one of the players and I say "All you guys can do is jump someone. You guys suck. lol" That was all I said, was I being serious? No, it's a game and in every game there's gonna be some kinda smack that someone talks. Sometimes out of seriousness
but majority of the time, it's out of fun and it's what gamers do. But, this guys messages me back saying "it's pathetic that you have to message, you had to get randoms to team up with you because you have no friends" all because I was joking around saying
that him and his team suck. I even messaged him saying that he's taking this seriously, I'm just messing around, have a nice evening. And he persists to say that I'm acting childish. I don't understand? Anyway, I'm sorry that you got banned for no reason and
for being a good player. That's what many people get banned for. Just because they are good at the game and other players can't handle it, they get made, and file a complaint for you doing nothing buy being too good. It's stupid.

 

No one has ever been banned/suspended for being to good at a game.

All reports are investigated thoroughly before a suspension is issued so if you got suspended then it's for a reason.

 

I understand that Daft Badger, but, at the same time if people are upset with the game, they can report you for the option that microsoft/xbox give. Harassment, Cheating, Gamer pic, etc. So, people would be then reporting you for no reason, just to report
you because they're upset at the game, killing them, or they claim that you're hacking. I don't fully know why I was reported/suspended. But, in my eyes I don't think I've done or said anything harsh and if I did, 9 times out of 10, people have said things
way worse than me. Most of the time, those people have a shorter ban for saying things along the lines of "go kill yourself." Compared to me saying "you guys suck." I understand that complaints filed tally up but, I do not recollect saying anything threatening
or harassing any other gamer. That's my opinion. I don't understand why the suspension is for 2 weeks instead of one. I don't understand if I got banned for communication then why I'm not allowed to play multiplayer? I'm genuinely confused. And by thorough
investigation, do you mean just with my account alone or my account along with those who reported me?

 

The Enforcement team and the process it go through an appeal is proof that Microsoft doesn't care about its players. Even if you submit a case it just gets denied. Everyone gets denied no matter what. Just search online and see. Only way to change this is
for everyone to give xbox a bad review and put why and that it's the enforcement teams fault. Maybe then they'll fix the enforcement robot that denies everyone's appeal

 

I wonder how you'll feel after you get a forced name change for your gametag.

 

Jayadub, I'd be a upset if they forced a name change on me. I see nothing wrong with my gamertag. If there were something inappropriate about it, xbox wouldn't have allowed me to change it to: , in the first place. Also, I'd hate to discontinue
my services with them, I've been so loyal to microsoft and xbox.

 

would suggest reporting Microsoft to the BBB (Better business bureau) and your states Attorney general. that's what I'm doing. If your local news station has a consumer advocacy reporter contact them too, they love doing stories on big corporation that
abuse their customers then go to social media and spread the word EVERYWHERE. Facebook etc Document all this and send a letter to Microsoft. if enough people do this they will start paying attention
